           Soapbox : I got on just to give out a few SB section mults.  
I only spent just over 2 hours hunting and pouncing in the contest.  The 
band seemed pretty good, but the DX stations weren't hearing me through 
the East Coast curtain. Even when a DX stations would say WS?, a K2 or 
K3 stations with no WS in the call would cover me up and make the 
contact.  The K9AY loops were working very well, so at least I could 
hear the DX.  😁
