Hi Steve,

1) I have hundreds of blank SCDXC QSL cards from when I was a member. I don't use them because I haven't been a member for years. Happy to mail you one.

2) Yes, there's an SCCC logo (stylized palm trees and sand). It used to be on the club website until the most recent version. I'm unaware of there being any SCCC QSL cards.

Subject: [SCCC] SCDXC/SCCC QSL Cards?

Way back soon after the earth was formed, and continuing through at
least the 1980's, some stalwart SCDXCers used to have SCDXC QSL
cards. I've been unable to find any such pattern now (I lost all my
QSL cards up through 2001, which did include several such examples).
Do any of you oldtimers still have any SCDXC cards, and who printed them?

I've never seen a SCCC QSL card and wonder whether anybody has had
them printed? I don't even see anything on our web site that could
provide a background for a club QSL card.

LZ1JZ has cards for PVRC, YCCC, FRC, etc. but says he's never seen a
SCDXC or SCCC card, so I would have to provide him a pattern. Since I
don't have any examples any longer, I can't do that easily. I don't
know whether SCDXC or SCCC has a copyright on their logo (does SCCC
even have a logo other than spelling out the name??) so that
permission would have to be obtained to use it on a QSL card. And of
course, SCDXC has no way for its membership to communicate other than
through the newsletter, W6AM/R or the Skype meetings (which I have
been unsuccessful at logging into); so I can't ask any of them
directly (besides, most SCDXCers are members of SCCC anyhow).

TNX,
Steve K0XP
