[SCCC] RTTY and auto tuners

A word of caution to those who may use an LDG Z-100 plus tuner with digital
modes.  I was running 50 Watts in the RTTY roundup under the belief that
the documentation that came with my tuner was correct that it was good for
125 Watts.  It seems that LDG actually rates this tuner at 30 Watts digital
and newer documentation states this.

I didn't have any issues and I hope I haven't caused any damage, but I'll
turn it down next time.
