[SCCC] IDXC Visalia contest dinner

hi all - I need to give up my role facilitating the Friday night contest
dinner. Yes everything is okay, it's just time.

If you would like to take it over please contact me directly. I will of
course provide everything you need to do it the way I've been doing it (if
you want to do that) and any necessary assistance along the way.

Your job would to contact the venue catering people and choose a menu. Then
you collect funds from people who wish to attend. You also have to find a
speaker which is actually not that difficult. They don't call us "hams" for
nothing!
