[SCCC] Tribute to Rush Drummer Neil Peart

Charlottetown is YYG.  YYZ is Pearson International in Toronto; that was home base for Rush, and whenever they heard that CW ID they knew they were home.  "YYZ" in rhythmic Morse begins the song of the same name.
