[SCCC] Visalia Refund

Paypal deposited my refund into my checking account last night.  The 
committee did this without my asking or inquiring.  They probably 
have to deal individually with Paypal for every one of these pre-reg 
accounts-- could be 500 of them-- so it may take several days to 
cover everyone.  Suggest patience... just wait.
