[SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

I see two types of contesters - those that compete against others and those
that compete with themselves. I'm in the latter camp. I contest just for
the fun of it, figuring out any improvements to my station or skills, see
if I can beat last year's score. For myself contest rule changes really
have no impact, I really enjoy WPX contests and will continue to do them.
