[SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

Hello, All.

I also disagree with combining the unassisted and assisted categories in the CQ WPX contests.
(And I REALLY don't want such a rules change for the CQWW DX contests.)

I will most likely still participate in the WPX.

73,
David N6AN

Subject: [SCCC] WPX Rule Change Poll

Hi SCCCers,

I'm sure you all know about the recent rule change for the CQ WPX CW
&
SSB contests that eliminates separate single-op assisted and
unassisted
categories, allowing all single-ops to use spotting assistance.

I'd like to know what others think so I'm running an informal poll.
Please reply, either directly to me or on the reflector, and answer
the
 following two questions:

 1) What is your opinion of the CQ WPX CW & SSB rule change allowing
 assistance for all single-ops?

 - I support the change.
 - I oppose the change.
 - I do not care either way.

 2) How will this change affect your level of participation in next
 year's CQ WPX contests?

 - I will operate more because of the change.
 - I will operate less because of the change.
 - It will not affect my participation.
 - I do not know.

 73 & Happy Thanksgiving,

 Axel, KI6RRN
