Didn't take too long to write code to look up a call in the CTY.DAT
file.  So, now, I may rework my logger for CQ WW.  Not sure if I've
played casually in CQ WW, but figured I'd play a few hours this
weekend, likely just S&P for mults for fun.

SS is fun, as there are 4 fields to the exchange, so for specific
fills, we ask for NR, PR, CK, and SEC.  What's the style for CQ WW?
Just ask ? or AGN?  And to provide the fill, just send the rpt & zone
again, right?

I need to review my cut numbers again.  I've memorized T and N, but
the less frequent ones seem to turn up in some of these tests like A.
