Couldn't go higher than 7.035 or 14.035 due to the CQ WW DX RTTY contest
going on. No Maine stations worked (or heard). Worked: TX, OK, CA, OR, MI
AZ, KS. All seemed to recognize the exchange and acted as though they too
were in the ME QP. Though N1MM+ accepted all my entries, it would not
produce a Cabrillo file. Error: Invalid Sent Exchange value: "CA." Open Log
in Database to correct." I suspect it saw all the non-Maine states in the
exchanges and wanted me to be in Maine not in CA, though I opened it as an
out-of-state participant. So, I exported to a generic file and sent in the
text file as my log. Only 8 Qs anyway. Next year, I may just try to work my
two non-Maine contacts to qualify for the State QSO Party Challenge and
call it a day. Maybe this QSO Party should not even qualify for the
challenge. (I wonder what the qualifications are anyway.) Strange, indeed.
