Solved the 160/80 vs Spectrum cable equipment.
Well K6ZZ fixed it.  Problem RF on the coax.
ZZ installed enough ferrite to build a small car
After a lot of testing: This is my routine to work 160/80
1) Retract all Stepir elements
2) Swing the boom parallel to slopers
3) Turn off TV
4) Turn off cable box (leave WiFi box on)
5) Ground the dogs
 I burned up so much stuff the Spectrum techs started
asking questions.
But the good news...it really performed very well.
Worked the entire eastern seaboard  (+ some DX), RI 2 FL sans
VT & DE of course  DE. The goal for 80. Well CQP is a good thing!
