I played around a little while taking breaks from doing antenna work. 
Overall conditions seemed fairly awful, but to be fair, I only sampled 
small snapshots of the overall contest period. Europe actually started 
to get loud on 20 meters Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately that opening 
coincided with a supply run I had planned to Home Depot in East 
Palmdale. By the time I got back to the shack around 4PM local time the 
bottom had fallen out of 20 meter propagation. I only worked one JA 
station who was very weak.
