Don't know my plans, yet. Work has been busy so a bit behind on prep.
At the least, I'll get someplace a bit elevated with HT and rubber
duck. Forecast is for chance drizzle (like 0.02 or 0.01 in depending
on where I go.) Why does this matter? Because I haven't varnished
the wooden boom on my little wa5vjb 450 MHz antenna that worked so
well last year!
So, yeah, will get on FM simplex at least. And maybe 432.100.
Haven't had enough spare time to setup for FT8/Q65/whatever for
portable, yet.
The 440 sprint was a blast last year! Was that because Marty had all
of his students on and that brought out a lot of supporters for them?

> The 432 / 446 MHZ Sprint contest is this week, and I will be looking for QSOs. This is traditionally the most active night of the Sprints. The 432 Sprint in the Fall was very busy and fun.

> Like any other VHF contest, the exchange is your 4 digit grid square.

> I will be mainly on the FM simplex channel of 446.000, and on on the national SSB calling frequency of 432.1. Anyone want to try FT8 on 432.174.?
