[SCCC] Fleeing W6-Land

Like many other Angelenos, I have recently reluctantly pulled up 
roots from California, and fled to far-cheaper Arizona. I still have 
family in California (how they can afford to stay there without 
robbing banks is far beyond me) so I'll sneak back from time to time; 
thus, I wish to be considered a "remote member" of SCCC, SCDXC and 
OCARC although I've joined the "Outlaws", AOCC.
