[SCCC] Rules Changes in 2022

Hi,

In case you're not aware, there are a couple of rules changes effective in 2022 that will impact contesters.

1) The ARRL has reduced the maximum power allowed for low power entries in HF contests from 150W to 100W. This includes IARU HF, but excludes Field Day.

2) The NAQPs will recognize a separate Single-Op-Assisted category. Assisted single op entrants will no longer be considered as M/2. NAQP teams can consist of a mix of SO and SOA entries.
