[SCCC] Looking for QTH

I'm looking for a small place far, far from the maddening crowds, but 
on the grid (the kind of power I want to be able to run would be 
uneconomical and infeasible to obtain from natural sources). I can't 
afford a $2M ranch or anything like that, but the bigger, the better. 
It should already have a habitable shack or house or cave, whatever.

Anybody wanting to dump their place way out in the boonies?
