[SCCC] Recent So Cal Edison Powerline Noise Experience?

Hi Dick,

They weren't successful per se but I had a number of interactions with SCE
about noise during the second half of 2019. It was tricky reporting it
through their 800 number, I got referred to the wrong department (the one
that deals with health effects of power lines) once. They have outsourced
RFI duties and that contractor eventually got in touch with me. They,
along with a few SCE employees, and their trainer (Mike Miller, a ham from
back east, https://rfiservices.com/) visited my place in Phelan during
December 2019. The contractor identified a noisey pole and reported it,
but I don't know if that helped; I still have plenty of noise many from
non-power-line sources. As fast as I locate sources, some of which have
gone away, more seem to pop up.

I can dig through my notes and provide some contact info and more specifics
tomorrow if that's helpful.

  Dana
