It just shut off at 0557Z. Might have been a SOARA member, since Ed 
Barnes apparently e-mail blasted my caution to everyone. It was being 
heard in SD although with QSB and not strong, as well as strong in 
Irvine. I think whomever it was was just running barefoot, as those 
running powah are usually 10 to 20 over here whereas this was only S8 - S9.
