           Soapbox :

I was kind of bummed out about my score until I went back and reviewed 
my choice of off-times this evening. I pretty much operated when I felt 
like it and slept when I felt like it, but it was worse than I 
remembered in terms the score limiting nature of those choices :-) I did 
have fun, however, especially near the end with a good run of stations 
on 15 meters thanks to our friends in JA-Land. No 160 meters this year. 
I operated 100% remote and the device that I normally use to remotely 
switch my vertical between 80/40 and 160 meters wasn't responding.

I think the most surreal moment of the contest was listening to TO7A 
ignore calls from a very loud 9X4X on 40 CW :-)
