Gang - several plans have fallen through, and at the moment there are no
planned activations for Imperial County (IMPE) for CQP this weekend. Sorry
for the late notice, but if anyone can head out there at least a mobile /
portable HF setup, there should be many "willing callers" wanting to get the
IMPE mult!
