First off, rest in peace, Paul WN6K.  We will miss you.

I sold the house in Poway and cannot find a condo in RB as I had planned.  Sheesh, the prices are just nuts and there are very few available.

I've decided to liquidate my station rather than put it into storage. We need to be out of the house in 2 weeks.  Here are cash/pickup prices. All in great condition and working perfectly.  I would appreciate a re-post if you are on any other S. CA forums.
