Probably not very much, going to watch all real football every 4 years and have other things to do after weeks away.
You may want to read this for soundcard interfacing. You would probably need small isolation transformer. Does not seem too difficult.

Actually K3 may already have isolation transformer built inside for line in connector on back of radio.
K6RO who I think is now in this area may be good source to ask abt KDVR3 module as he seems to be selling used K3 radios and modules in qth.com all the time. Those may not be available from Elecraft anymore, or you may need to get your order in like now if you eventually want one as they are doing last round for K3 accessories.

Marko, tnx. But unfortunately my K3 doesn't have the voice keyer option installed. I may end up doing that someday, but my contesting preference is CW!
C U this weekend?

Jim if you have voice keyer inside K3 I can send you commands how to play
messages from F buttons/logging program.
That is how I have also done it always, I never used sound card inside
computer.

Sounds like you are using a soundcard?
It might be easier to just use the DVK inside the K3 (if you have that
option installed). The quality of sound will be much better.
It should be easy to map some function keys to play the messages when you
want (or use the front panel).
