[SCCC] Fwd: [HamSCI] Save the Holmdel Horn Antenna

Gents- This is a petition to require Monmouth NJ to preserve the "Big Ear,"
the Holmdell Horn that Penzias and Wislon used in 1963 to inadvertently
discover the Cosmic Microwave Background, and for which they received the
Nobel Prize. As a scientifically significant historical site, it should be
easy for the governmental entities involved to compel the developer to
preserve the horn at the corner of a small park which they will likely be
required to include. Many nationwide hams signing the petition will alert
the NJ governmental entities involved that this is a scientifically
significant historical site.
