Comments:

Just playing around and decided to leave the amp off and go low power this
time around. Heard very little from Europe with my wimpy antennas but did
get a couple of them in the log. The JA's were plentiful and loud on 40m but
virtually non-existent on the other bands, at least from here. South America
is apparently not a good direction for me or they suffered from a lot of
noise on some bands. PY2TIM was often S9 here and yet could never copy me.
My first Q in the log was Jim, N6TJ at KH7Q. Never heard him on 40 and he
was extremely weak on 10, so I missed him there too. The short executive
summary though is that ARRL DX CW is always a super fun contest! PS, it was
good to see a few more SCCCers on the Contest Scoreboard!
