Comments:

Generally, signals on 15m were good, although experienced sudden QSB at times
during QSOs. Worked stations in Eastern Europe to Japan, but overall there
didn't seem to be that much activity on 15m. Checked 15 SSB periodically but
seldom heard anyone.
