[SCCC] RE; Wilson Tubular Towers

I had a 61 foot Wilson Mast for several years. It came with the rotating
base and I put a 4 element quad on it. The only issue was the rails that
held the two upper masts. They were riveted and the rivets broke causing the
mast to swing several degrees. It was an easy fix. I wouldn't suggest
putting anything large on it. My area has little wind and I cranked it down
when not in use.
