Dennis - I got my "come back" copy of my SDDXC post - SDDXC-News at groups.io
<mailto:SDDXC-News at groups.io>

Please do pass along my post to both newsgroups

Yes, anything you can suggest would be welcome. I followed one of the
e-mails, and they are coming from govdelivery.com which is a company called
Granicus. It does look like a legit news service, but how I got on the
list, I don't know. And how to get off of it, I have no clue.

Hi Jim,

I didn't get it from the SCCC nor the SDDXC reflectors, so I don't think it
went through either. That said, I don't think you were hacked. Rather,
someone is sending those to your arrl.net email address (and probably to
others with an arrl.net address) and they are being relayed to you.

I'm fairly certain that no one in either club can do anything about it, and
I don't think ARRL has any filtering going on to stop them. Not sure. I
think you will want to email hq at arrl.org <mailto:hq at arrl.org> to inquire.

If you like, I can go ahead and forward your email to the two club
reflectors but like I said, I don't think anyone can help. Perhaps they will
have suggestions though.

Hi Dennis & Bruce - I sent this to the SCCC Reflector, but I don't think it
got posted. Can you send this out on my behalf? This is really a pain -
dozens of these e-mails every day! I can forward a sample to you if you'd
like.

Tnx, 73 - Jim K6ZH

All - I've been using <mailto:k6zh at arrl.net> k6zh at arrl.net as an alias for
many years. Starting yesterday, that address is getting dozens of e-mails
from what look like different U.S. government organizations - real ones,
like the Library of Congress, State Department, Customs and Border
Protection, etc. These are "news feeds" like would go to a newsroom. At
least that's what they look like!

1) Is anyone else having this problem?

2) Is there a Sys. Admin. at ARRL I can contact to "turn off the bubble
machine?"

Tnx, 73 - Jim K6ZH
