[SCCC] SCCC Digest, Vol 252, Issue 4

There is a keypress during power on sequence (you'll have to look it
up in the manual).  I'd recommend trying that.  It's a single keyline
output, so behavior sounds like FW acting flakey.  I don't remember
the odd behavior I ran into a while back, but that cleared it.  Only
happened to me once out of how many hours of use, not too bad.  I like
that keyer quite a bit.
