Jeff and Clayton,

Nor Cal Contest Club is making a team effort in the 10m contest this year.  So the rally is an effort to get the NCCC participants to give each other points.    

The idea of including SCCC  members was to add a few folks who might be difficult to work because of skip. In the evening in particular, that can be done with backscatter, in that case by beaming more-or-less West ie while the band remains open to the Pacific.   We’ve also asked clubs in OR and WA to announce these rallies since those contacts may provide mults for a few — these states can be challenging to work when the band is open to the East
