[SCCC] Official HRO San Diego Closing Notice

The actual Notice said that they were leaving because of the

 "Non Business Friendly Policies of the State, County and City Governments"

And the 

"Extreme increases in Rent"


Bottom line it has become too expensive and too difficult to run a marginal business in Taxifornia
