Comments: Fun time - but as usual had other commitments and couldn't get in
more time.  Plus this OM is
running out of steam.  Looked like the SFI was above 300 to start, maybe
that was why the bands seemed
to be in really good condition at the beginning of the contest.  But
conditions seemed to get noisier Sat
afternoon and evening - maybe it was my local noise issues.  Great to see
10 and 15 so open. I didn't
spend much time on 20 and even less on 40.  But both bands seemed good -
plenty of spots to chase on
10 and 15.  I saw 9N7AA spotted but couldn't copy him when I saw the
spots!  JA friends were good on 80
early Sat morning.  I wasn't on 80 in late evenings to work EU.  The new
RF2K-S worked really well - even
had a few runs on 10, 15 and 20. The amp ran cool and no issues.  Quiet
compared to the 87A.   Hope
everyone had fun.  I am sure there will be some BIG scores!  73 - Dick
