OK, I read too much into that blurb of info: you get QSO credit for 
working VOTAs during the year-long VOTA event, but no extra points for 
working them during FD. In fact, there's no provision on either the 
suggested ARRL log sheet nor the Field Day Summary sheet for indicating 
such VOTA QSOs.
