Well, I finally heard somebody on CW, but way down nearly in the noise 
and I had to use my narrowest filters to copy him. Everybody else was a 
good S7 up on FT, plus a weaker DX (I suppose) who was sending on the 
opposite sequence. Wonder whether I could have heard them down on CW? 
Clearly, low wire antlers aren't gonna cut it for groundwave around 
SoCal from the high desert here; gonna hafta make plans for a beam when 
I put up the 77-footer or the taller 90-footer. Just got a trailer the 
other day that I'm in the process of adding a winch and hoist to, to 
lift towers off the ground onto the trailer then off the trailer back 
onto the ground; we'll see how that goes in awhile.

So, an identical score to the January VHF contest: zero.
