Joe,
For me, it's all about what I put into my body and my activity level. Better quality homemade food, less caffeine and sugar, more water, and light to moderate exercise can all help. The best thing to do is to talk with your doctor to make sure you're healthy and to talk with a nutritionist to see where your diet can be improved. I've done all of that in the past and it helped me. I need to get back to it. It will take time though.
