This is a routine I always use in a DX contest _AFTER_ it has ended.  
This week a lot of scores were updated after finding a QTH for TO4.  It 
usually avoids the confusion of unknown mults, especially the ones with 
the stupid TO prefixes.  AD1C does a great job at keeping cty files current.

In Tools,

1. Download and install the latest cty (wl_cty_dat)
2. Import country list from downloaded file
3. Rescore current contest

After rescoring at that point, TO4A immediately becomes Martinique, etc.
