I wonder what W6RGG, listed in QST as the Second Vice President, thinks 
about BL46? He used to seem to be onna the "good guys"; for cripe's 
sake, he was manager of Northern California Net for a long time; I 
rember passing traffic for hours with him on RN6 and PAN. I used to hear 
him more recently in some contests, too. Heck: he's even listed on the 
NCCC web site as "NS Sprint Flogger: Bob Vallio, W6RGG
