Comments:

I'm not big into phone contests, but I ended up operating twice the
amount of time I did for ARRL DX CW. My runs were not nearly as
productive as in CW and I did a lot more S&P. The result was only a
few more QSOs and quite a few more multipliers.

Conditions seemed very good at times - I particularly enjoyed
sweeping 15 meter Eu stations on Saturday morning, hearing all those
great signals, and feeling strong with everyone returning on the
first call. Later in the contest I could barely break some of the
pileups, including not-very-rare stations like PY.

Station: Elecraft K4, KPA1500, running about 1200 Watts
Antennas: 160m inverted L over 70 radials, 80m top loaded vertical
over those same radials, 40 meter 4 square, 20 meter 4 element yagi
at 55', 5 element 15 meter yagi at 49', 5 element 10 meter yagi at
48', A3 tribander at 40' for quick direction changes.
