Comments:

I got started 43 minutes late due to a clock error followed by a K3 
microphone
problem that magically fixed itself; both very frustrating since I started
prepping well in advance.  20m was good for a couple of hours, but when I
switched to 40m it was pure noise so I had to go back to 20m for a while. 
Took
a break to get a drink and the vending machine errored out and returned my 
two
$1 bills in nickels; it sounded like a slot machine and resulted in a heavy
pocket, and no end to thirst.  Eventually 40m opened up, but it was slow in
comparison to 20m.  We do not have an 80m antenna at the moment so I have no
idea how that would have done.  NB and BC (mults I needed) both popped up 
in the
very last minute of the contest but I was unable to make either QSO.  I was
hoping to beat my spring score, but it didn't happen.  So, the contest was 
fun
but definitely a mediocre performance.
