Comments:

I have my doubts that N1MM+ calculates one's actual score correctly for this
contest, nor that it is showing one's actual prefixes and countries correctly.
Nevertheless, I managed to work perhaps 60% of what I could hear with my low
wire antlers, but could not hear a whole lot. Conditions seemed very el punko.
80 (especially) and 40 were both very noisy with lots of T-storm crashes.
20/15/10 yielded very brief and short but loud European openings now and then
but there were no sustained European openings for me in the desert of SoCal. The
Euros I could hear must have been those with the highest stacked yagis and even
though most of those few could be loud at times, they didn't often seem able to
hear my pipsqueak noises. One particular HA8 continually CQed in my face even
though he was S9 much of the time. Lots of South Americans but they, too,
continually CQed in my face. One particular YW6 who claimed he was QRP never did
answer my calls, even when he was well over S9 sometimes. I had BIC trouble but
for me, it was Back In Chair instead of B*tt; my lower back needed to get up and
move around annoyingly often. Excuses, excuses, excuses... Hopefully, next year
I'll have a couple yagis up and working.
