[SCCC] Hamsci Meteor Scatter Contest starts Sunday Night 10 and 6 meters!

HamSci needs data on Meteor Scatter, especially on 10m, and I say lets
give them some data, and have fun at the same time.

As you might know, MSK-144 has only been legal on 10 meters for about a year and a half.   MSK-144 makes the perfect mode to do scientific experiments with, because the signal measurements are computer generated (gasp!), and not subjective.

Lets see what the data says about how useful 10 meters is for Meteor Scatter, before we jump to conclusions.

I will be on both 6 and 10m (28.145) after about 0300z, and early tomorrow morning. The East Coasters are already seeing activity on 6.
