This article is the worst pile of garbage I've ever seen and does not 
belong here! It's more rhetoric from the UN's corrupt IPCC with claims 
that have zero proof.  They love words like "may, might" and "could." 
They keep looking for more subjects and conditions that they can blame 
on anthropogenic golbal warming so they can rip off more people in the 
world to promote redistribution of wealth per the UN's Agenda 2030, the
