Comments:

With the band closing earlier and opening later than last year, it seemed
conditions would not be as good as last year.  I did make more Q's on
Saturday, so I had more Q's than last year at end a Saturday.  Sunday
morning provided some meteor-ping Q's and an earlier opening to EU, so I
had some hope... but that hope was crushed Sunday as short skip in the US
seemed
to completely wipe out the EU signals for me. I had lower rates all day
Sunday
and not a single new EU mult leaving me well behind last year's division
record. Oh well, maybe try again in 2035? And yes, I did run SO2R: mostly
CQ-ing
on one radio and S&P on the other radio.  There is some self interference,
but it's like working through QRM that I have some control over.  The
excellent phase noise and receive dynamic range of the K3's really helps
make this possible.  Thanks everyone for the Q's!!
