Finally repaired the damage and even have my radio talking with N1MM+ 
again. I dunno what caused this mayhem, particularly since nobody else 
seems to have had this happen. I haven't even had to do any W10 update 
for over a week, which is usually the precipitator of such disasters. Oh 
well.
