[SCCC] The Big one: ARRL June VHF -UHF Contest 14-15 June

I'm not going to be using any digital mode other than N1MM+ keying my
radios; why should I?? After all, there's just no percentage or fun in
sitting back with your arms folded, watching your computer
supposedly-working things that you can't even hear.

However, I will be concentrating on the Stew Perry Summer 160m shindig
during night hours, since I'm more likely to make at least one QSO in
that (last year, I made a whole 24 legit QSOs!!) vs. none when I get
into V/UHF contests here. In fact, just about my only QSO in any V/UHF
contest here was over in Arizona, on 2m.

Having said all that, with any luck, I just might have a 6m yagi up in
time for this year's rumble. Perhaps in September, I might also have
some serious goo on 6m seeping off the hi-desert floor into the canyons
and hills of the Southland.
