Club: Southern California Contest Club

Comments:

Fun contest.  Ran 6D with four FT8 radios, two of which went into a multiplexer
and two others had dedicated lines.  Also ran a VHF FM radio as well as a 900mhz
digital mode (Meshtastic) set for direct communication.

Started off slow with some technical problems, but they were soon fixed.  10m
and 6m were pretty much dead aside from hearing the local stations.  15m was
good throughout the day and well into the night.  20m and 40m lasted from go
time until I called it a night just after midnight (up at 645a to get setup).
Was back on the radio by 630 Sunday morning.  By 645 I had beaten my prior
year's score and set a new all-time best.

No long breaks, no visiting the 23A site, just some short breaks to cook some
food and get something cold to eat.

Looking forward to seeing the results.  Hoping the ARRL doesn't screw up my
category again like last year!
