[SCCC] Windows 10 to Windows 11

The main issue I had with the upgrade is that it triggered updates in other
programs. I had a sluggish computer for a week due to updates.
As for file structure, it didn't change, but File Explorer had a new look
to it after the update that I had to fiddle with and I still don't like it.
