[SCCC] Windows 10 to Windows 11

I have several dozen computers and almost all of the Windows-based ones are Dell. I buy them from dellrefurbished and usually wait until they're on sale for 40%-50% off the usual price. I particularly like the micro form factor versions - 7"x7"x1.5" with two video connections and six USBs, available in a variety of "horsepowers."

Hello Mike,
I did not see anyone mention the Microsoft Extended Security Updates for Windows 10 systems, so I wanted to let you know about it.
I had already bought two new Windows 11 machines, a laptop, and a mini desktop to replace my Win10 Shack PC, when Microsoft offered me a year extension of Security Updates on my Windows 10 Shack PC. This was a surprise. I would have made the purchases anyway, since my FLEX Radio SmartSDR app is moving to WIN11.
So, don’t rush off to buy new machines just quite yet.
Check this site out for further information on Microsoft Extended Security Updates for Windows 10 systems:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/extended-security-updates
Also, If you are shopping new PCs, I highly recommend DELL Computers.
I’ve had a variety of supposed high-end brands that have all failed for various reasons- but I have never had an issue with any of my DELL computers.
I hope this information is helpful.
