Ten meters was not as hot as the phone contest but the other bands made up
for the difference. Unlike the phone contest 40 meters was very good and 80
was fun!
I cranked up the speed to 34 WPM for the last 20 minutes of the contest and
noticed that the stations calling were more attentive. I will operate at a
higher speed from now on!
 
I noticed that for every real post there were 3 with the wrong callsign. The
band map looked like a busy day on FT8 with nothing but calls filling it
completely! Those blasted automatic posts! I haven't seen in my life so many
AP and TN stations at once!
 
Thanks for the patience. I have fat fingers and hit two keys at once. The
real fun in this whole thing is meeting people on all bands!
