The SCCC sponsored Santa Maria Contesting and DX Convention takes place on
April 10, 11, and 12, at The Historic Santa Maria Inn.

The full registration cost is $100, which includes the Saturday evening
Happy Hour, Saturday evening buffet (tri-tip and chicken) dinner, and
Sunday buffet breakfast. *If you intend to attend the meals, I suggest that
you pay for them asap*, as the hotel's banquet room does not accommodate as
many people as have attended in recent years.

No-meals registration is $10.

The Friday night contest dinner is at the Far Western Tavern, about 6 miles
to the south of the hotel, and costs $62.

The Santa Maria 2026 Convention will be held at

California Contest Club)* to get a special room rate of just $99 USD per
night plus taxes for Friday and Saturday nights. This pricing includes all
rooms except the Cabanas. Parking is free.

• Cut-off Period: The room block has a 21-day cut-off period. Guests must
make their reservations before March 19th, 2026 to ensure they receive the
discounted rate.
Rate After Cut-off: After the cut-off date, any unused rooms will be
released. Guests can still register, but they will be subject to the best
available rate.

We have also secured a block of rooms at the *Best Western Plus - Big
America Hotel* at 1725 N. Broadway, Santa Maria, CA 93454. Room rate is
also $99.00 USD/night plus taxes and also with free parking. To make a
