[SCCC] NAQP M/2 contests from ND7K @ N6WIN and N5ZO @WA6TQT

Axel KI6RRN and I operated both CW and SSB of January NAQP contests as M/2
from ND7K in AZ (CW) and SSB from WA6TQT station in Anza, CA.
